What Happens if I Wait? As soon as you notice moisture trapped between the panes you should act. If you wait too long the glass will etch over time and may become damaged beyond the point of restoration leaving you no choice but to replace the glass unit. Visit www.huroniamuskokadefoggers.com

Is the Process Expensive? In most cases the glass unit can be repaired or defogged at a fraction of the cost of replacement, saving from 50% to 75%. This process also restores the insulation value of the glass units resulting in lower energy costs and no landfill, making it environmentally sound as well. www.huroniamuskokadefoggers.com

What Causes Foggy Windows? Foggy windows happen when moisture gets trapped between the panes. Foggy windows loose a great deal of their insulation value and their aesthetic appeal so most consumers replace the glass units at a high cost because they don’t know that there is another option. How can you tell if the seals are ruptured? When the seals are ruptured, the solution we spray between the panes to clean the glass leaks out through the seal of the bottom spacer bar where practically 100% of all ruptures occur. www.huroniamuskokadefoggers.com

When my windows fog up, is it because the seals are broken or ruptured?
No. 96% to 98% of all the windows we work on the seal are perfectly fine. The reason your windows fog up is because the desiccant pellets or materiel in the spacer bars have become saturated with moisture and the desiccant pellets or materiel cannot absorb any more. Where are these desiccant pellets or materiel you may ask?
You cannot see these because they are inside the spacer bars the glass panes are adhered to with semi-permeable seals. The spacer bars are filled or imbedded, depending on the type of spacer bars used, with desiccant pellets or materiel. For more information visit www.huroniamuskokadefoggers.com
